The Vauxhall Mokka now available to order 0
The highly anticipated Vauxhall Mokka 4×4 will arrive here in November and is now available to order. The cheapest entry level version will cost £16,995. There will be both front and four wheel configurations available to choose from.
This is the first vehicle of it’s kind to be released by Vauxhall, with it expecting to compete with the Skoda Yeti and the Nissan Juke in the B-segment.
From launch the Vauxhall Mokka will with one diesel and two petrol engines to start with. The petrol engine will be a 1.6 litre, reaching a maximum of 113 BHP. This will be the entry level model. This particular variant will return 43.5 MPG and emit 153g/km of C02 emissions, making it the least economical car in the range.
The 1.4 litre turbocharged petrol engine will produce a maximum of 138 BHP. This makes it the most powerful engine available for selection. The car will come as four wheel drive as standard. You would have thought that being a four wheel drive, the fuel consumption would not read so well. However the car will record a rating of 44.8 MPG on a combined cycle whilst emitting only 149g/km of C02, not bad for an all wheel drive car.
The 1.7 litre CDTi diesel will be able to achieve 128 BHP. It will be the most economical in the range hitting 60.1 MPG and emitting just 124g/km of C02. Four wheel drive variants will come with a manual gearbox only but all other variants comes with a choice of an automatic gearbox too.
